Excellent customer service, they communicated well and were very hands on with checking the issue of the car. They tried different things to find the problem and they did it in a timely manner. Car is fixed and running well.
Update, I had a different issue so I choose to go back to this shop. No regrets. These are nice and competent people. I had to have the transmission on my 2005 Ford F-150 rebuilt. From what I hear from friends using other shops their price was really reasonable. I will say it took a few tries of picking it up and bringing it back before they got it right but to me this is a shop that honors their warranty. Also do you want something done quick or done right? All in all I appreciated their open line of communication with me as they figured out the issues with my truck. They are a very busy shop so don't expect a quick turn around but far as I'm concerned my truck works again and their warranty was honored with out any games.
Such amazing customer service and very patient They will talk with you and help understand any issues you have or didn’t know you had with you vehicle. I came in with issues about my transmission it took them no time get my car looked at and tell me everything that was wrong and what i could do to fix it. They’ll even help you find find parts that you need for more affordable price if they don’t already have it . Great service All around would definitely recommend!
As always they did an amazing job. I am at ease knowing that when I take my car into AAMCO san Marcos I’m getting quality work done at a great price. I’ve never had any issues with repairs or cost, they are always top notch. I recommend this shop to all my friends and family.
