Called in the morning. Came in for services on transmission, transfer case and differentials. Everyone at the shop was accomodating and the service was done in a timely manner. I recommend this shop as they also showed me that a seal was starting to leak. I will definitely be coming here for service again.
Excellent customer service, they communicated well and were very hands on with checking the issue of the car. They tried different things to find the problem and they did it in a timely manner. Car is fixed and running well.
Update, I had a different issue so I choose to go back to this shop. No regrets. These are nice and competent people. I had to have the transmission on my 2005 Ford F-150 rebuilt. From what I hear from friends using other shops their price was really reasonable. I will say it took a few tries of picking it up and bringing it back before they got it right but to me this is a shop that honors their warranty. Also do you want something done quick or done right? All in all I appreciated their open line of communication with me as they figured out the issues with my truck. They are a very busy shop so don't expect a quick turn around but far as I'm concerned my truck works again and their warranty was honored with out any games.
